a charming stay
friendly staff street view central location
i found the staff friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the room had a lovely street view and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. i was pleased to discover the hotel's central location.
The bathroom door design was slightly obstructive. It just wasn't well designed.

The superior double room offered sufficient space. it included a comfortable bed and fresh linens. I slept well. a kettle provided added convenience. I could make tea whenever i wanted. storage was adequate for my belongings.

The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. They answered all my questions patiently. housekeeping maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. My room was super clean each day. i noticed quick responses to any requests i made.

convenient kettle fresh fruit easy access
the room had a kettle i really appreciated it also included all necessary toiletries breakfast was varied with fresh fruit and vegetables close by i found two metro stations within easy reach the train station to sintra was a short walk i appreciated how accessible everything was.
i noticed the soundproofing could be better i heard noise from the street sometimes this slightly disturbed my sleep otherwise, everything was very good.

the breakfast room had a wide variety of options the fresh fruit and vegetables were a plus for me i also saw freshly prepared pancakes offered each morning which was a really nice touch.

I found the staff friendly and professional. the location is great, a comfortable environment. breakfast had adequate variety. It was very good. i liked the hotel restaurant, residents got a discount.
The balcony was a juliet. We could not sit.
